Martin has joined Toppesfield to shape the health, wellbeing and safety strategy of our people, partners and the public. As SHEQ Director, he strives to implement our SHEQ strategy, making sure that we are following best practice and being a leader in our industry.
He takes a lead role in implementing Toppesfield’s Health, Wellbeing and Safety strategy along with all our employees and supply chain partners, who will all work continuously in partnership towards achieving our Safety Always and Zero Harm ethos.
Martins experience in the construction industry spans over two decades, working in strategic roles within SHEQ and providing a pro active approach to health, wellbeing and safety and actively promoting open conversations as part of our visible felt leadership programme.
