Dan Stephenson Contracts Director (Midlands and North)

Dan is responsible for directing our works throughout the Midlands and North region. He works closely with all departments to ensure that projects are being delivered effectively and in line with client requirements. By working with all levels of the company, Dan is able to continuously seek out ways to improve our processes so that delivery is as smooth as possible.

Dan’s role is highly varied, combining time on site and in our office. He regularly carries out safety tours during projects to ensure our people, supply chain partners, and the public are safe, whilst also meeting with operatives to see if there are any concerns to be addressed. In the office, he focuses on the day-to-day delivery of projects and large schemes, making sure sufficient resources have been allocated.

Dan’s experience in the industry dates back to 1996 and he has been part of our ToppTeam since 2015. His expert understanding of surfacing, organisational skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects at once have allowed him to thrive in his role. Dan loves the people and supportive atmosphere within Toppesfield.
