Mark Gillett Surfacing Supervisor

Mark manages the day-to-day delivery of surfacing projects, making sure that the necessary resources have been allocated. This means working closely with the contracts manager, supply chain, and site teams to ensure everything has been coordinated effectively. When on site, Mark makes sure that the operatives have been inducted properly and meets with the client to fully understand how to achieve their requirements.

Mark joined the ToppTeam in 2016 following a previous career in IT. The variety within the surfacing industry and ability to combine time spent in the office with site visits were huge motivators for Mark, and he has thrived within his role as a result. His personable approach and excellent communication skills allow him to form strong relationships with everyone involved in projects, making sure that we are always fulfilling the client’s expectations. He loves being involved with a wide range of surfacing projects and finds it particularly satisfying to complete these to the highest standard.
