George is responsible for maximising our new business development opportunities by developing sustainable client relationships that align with our values. He leads our national sales team from our London office and focuses on identifying sales opportunities in our target markets. This team also manages our pipeline efficiently using our CRM software, supporting our operations team in delivering their projects on time and within budget.
Internally, he promotes best practice and takes a ‘whole company’ perspective that seeks to support and motivate his team. Leading by example, he monitors performance to ensure everyone is focused, able to achieve their full potential, and ready to meet the company’s needs. In a client-facing capacity, he works collaboratively with our supply chain partners to add value and promote innovation within our projects. He also acts as an ambassador for the company at networking events such as trade fairs and business conferences.
