Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Coordinator who will be working as part of our Logistics team. You will be responsible for administrative and logistical tasks in addition to providing support to the office on adhoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

Support the right first-time delivery of all contracts by ensuring that all elements required are available
on each and every site primarily;

  • Materials (scheduled to meet production requirements)

Check accuracy and issue the production Daily Diary detailing;

  • React and respond as required to short-term changes in site requirements / conditions
  • Record the actual volumes of material deliveries to all sites
  • Prepare and collate information required for site inductions
  • Arranging accommodation for delivery teams as required
Admin Duties
  • Maintaining and updating company trackers
  • Arranging accommodation for employees
  • Running and producing department reports
