Role Description


We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic commercial team, you will benefit from working within a supportive learning environment and you will play an integral part within the team.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for ensuring excellent commercial management of the projects that you are accountable for, as well as the management of key contractual relationships. Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will fulfil a range of duties including:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate valuation of accounts
  • Pricing variations and agreeing these with the client
  • Agreeing final accounts
  • Timely resolution of credit control actions
  • Checking and acceptance of contracts


The successful Candidate shall be:

  • 1+ Years QS Experience
  • Contract knowledge particularly NEC3 and JCT
  • Construction Knowledge
  • Excellent communication and analytic skills
  • Efficient and professional
  • Well Organised with the ability to manage administration
