Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As our Plant Supervisor you will be responsible for management and leadership to the production team and all operational functions necessary to deliver safe, sustainable manufacturing, on our ToppBase to the highest quality standards

  • Overseeing and monitoring the processing and production activities, ordering materials, adjusting resources and schedules as necessary
  • Ensuring the overall quality of produced goods and quality development activities as required
  • Supervising other staff and drivers at the plant to ensure optimum productivity
  • Managing and motivating our operational teams to achieve excellence and continual improvement both in terms of quality and efficiency
  • Communicates with company management to daily to discuss schedule and production needs
  • Management, planning, and implementation of preventative and unplanned maintenance, to ensure the efficient operation of the site
  • Ensuring the site and plant equipment are kept in a clean and tidy condition and maintained security at all times
  • Update maintain and administer all production reports

We are ideally looking for someone with previous production experience in asphalt or the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have previous experience in operational management, a strong understanding of health and safety and a proactive approach to leading and management of people.
