He continues to pioneer ideas and drive company growth as Chairman of the board of directors. Matthew’s proactive and hands-on approach has formed a strategic part of Toppesfield’s operations and ability to win work. His wealth of experience within the surfacing industry means he is adept at spotting market opportunities and his approachable and personable manner supports him with his client facing duties.
