Luke Conway Operations Manager

Luke is responsible for the operational delivery of projects based in the Midlands and North. He works closely with our sales, operations, and commercial teams to ensure that there is a comprehensive understanding of project requirements throughout the company. He also regularly liaises with clients to make sure that we are meeting their expectations.

The variety within Luke’s role means that he needs to be highly adaptable. He could be visiting live projects to ensure that smooth progress is being made and our operatives are happy, or he could be meeting clients to discuss work that we are bidding for. Luke’s previous hands-on experience within the industry makes him highly adept at determining the best way to deliver projects successfully. He also spends time identifying areas for investment, whether this means new plant or improved policies and working practices.

Luke has worked in the surfacing industry since 2010 and joined the ToppTeam as a Surfacing Supervisor in 2017. He loves the supportive atmosphere within the company and the opportunities that the team are given to build on their skills and experience.
