Glyn Williams SHEQ Director

Glyn is responsible for protecting the health, safety, and wellbeing of our team, as well as everyone we work with. As SHEQ Director, he manages and implements our SHEQ strategy, making sure that we are following best practice and ensuring our policies and standards are kept up to date. Glyn also monitors our performance and works closely with the board of directors to develop and enhance our strategy.

Glyn’s experience in the surfacing industry dates back to 1992, and he draws upon this expertise to promote total compliance throughout our team. His daily routine is highly varied, balancing time spent reviewing our documentation with the need to keep up to date with our projects to ensure all works have been delivered without incident. Glyn regularly visits our sites, meeting with operatives to discuss any concerns or issues they may have.
