Toppesfield has introduced an Employee Assistance Programme, providing confidential care and support for all of its people.
Recognising that everyone has issues from time to time which can adversely impact an individual’s well-being, Toppesfield has introduced ‘Confidential Care’, offering all employees free access to an independent and completely confidential support, information and counselling service.
“No problem is too large or too small to benefit from chatting to someone who is trained to help. Our Employee Assistance Programme offers help to identify and resolve personal concerns. By helping employees to understand or overcome any issues through this type of short-term, results-oriented therapy programme, focused on clarifying the problem, implementing solutions and monitoring progress, means healthier
